Welcome to StarFoPa! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services, including mold manufacturing, die forming, and packaging solutions.


By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1. Services

We offer industrial services including but not limited to:

- Mold design and manufacturing

- Die forming and fabrication

- Industrial packaging solutions

All service details, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a separate quotation or service agreement.
2. Quotes and Orders

- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.

- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement or written confirmation.

- We reserve the right to decline any project that we deem unsuitable or unsafe.
3. Payment Terms

- A deposit may be required before work begins.

- Full payment is due as agreed in the invoice or service agreement.

- Late payments may result in delays or additional fees
4. Intellectual Property

All custom molds, dies, and designs created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise
agreed in writing. Reproduction or resale without written permission is prohibited.
5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate specifications, materials (if applicable), and access to any technical
data necessary to complete the work. Delays caused by incomplete information are not our responsibility.
6. Project Timelines

We aim to complete all work within agreed timelines. However, we are not liable for delays caused
by events beyond our control, including supply chain issues or equipment failure.
7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

- Any indirect or consequential damages

- Defects caused by misuse or modification of delivered goods

- Delays outside of our control
8. Warranty

We stand by the quality of our work. If you find a defect in workmanship within 30 days of delivery,
contact us immediately. We may repair or replace the item at our discretion.
9. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. Custom work already in progress may not
be refunded. Refunds for faulty work are handled on a case-by-case basis.
10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on
this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
